Lush POS

I had the amazing opportunity to join a sprint team and partner with Lush to create a conceptual POS design to enhance their in-store customer experience.

The experience we designed completely removes the traditional cash desk and replaces it with roaming tablets which employees would use to cash customers out on the sales floor which allows employees to create a more personalized experience for Lush customers.

Lush puts a big emphasis on connecting with their customers in-store, however, we understand that there are introverted customers who would prefer to not interact with anyone during their shopping experience. For this reason, we also created a mobile version which allows customers to create their cart and pay using their mobile phone.

This project also allowed my team to partner with developers and data scientists to learn the importance of other teams contributions, as well as how to communicate with other teams when developing a new design.
